I would like to tell you something more important about how to identify fake and real taste of liquor .
1. If you are Beer drinker then simply read the bottle lebel where exact taste and feature are mentioned .If anybody gave you pilsner instead lagar then you are able to taste and feel it.even by color and texture of the beer ,can easily understand about quality of beer.
2.If you are drinking wine then first thing you should notice about the taste notes on your pallate . I have seen many wine drinker not able to understand simply about wine quality and barman cheats with him by pouring cheaper wine on premium price .
Wine has lot category like aromstised, sparkling , sweet , dry .There are none wine which taste sour and foul smell .if somebody offer this bad wine then simply do not drink and pay.
3. Worlds most drinking beverage is wine and beer but also whisky , white spirit, brandy ,cidar are popular drink and every drink has very unique taste . some of them will taste neutral and colourless like vodka,gin,tequila etc.
I would like to share a incident which is more common practice in the world and that is mixing cheap to expensive, filling cheap in premium brand .
As a customer or owner of any pub,always be alert and investigating otherwise you might be in big risk and even your bar licence can be banned .
